Applied Biosystems 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR Systems is a 96-well, five-color platform that uses a fluorescence-based polymerase chain reaction (PCR) reagents to analyze items. The multicomponent algorithm minimizes spectral crosstalk for multiplexing.
