Content of service contract:

Professional engineer technical service (free diagnosis and on-site maintenance for unlimited times during the contract period)
During the contract period, you can have the preventive maintenance (refer Form 1) and PQ performance test (refer Form 2) and comprehensive instrumnent test for free.

Spare parts:

Free exchange and repair spare parts during the contract, including various valves, motors, sensors, circuit boards and other components. (excluding consumables)

Consumables:

consumables are available as discounted prices.

1Preventive mantainance:

HPLC preventive maintenance	Cleaning and dust removal overall the instrument, maintenance for the pump, maintenance for the automatic sampler, maintenance for the detector, maintenance for the column oven, maintenance for the computer
LCMS preventive maintenance	Overall cleaning and dedusting of the instrument, cleaning and adjustment of ion source, tuning and calibration of mass spectrometry, maintenance for HPLC, maintenance for computer

HPLC PQ performance verification service	Injection repeatability test: use standard sample to test injection repeatability. Gradient accuracy test: use standard sample to test gradient accuracy. Injection linearity test: use standard sample to test injection linearity. Wavelength accuracy test: use standard sample to test detector wavelength. Pump test: conduct pressure test and leakage test. Sample disk test: random sample injection. Column temperature chamber and sample chamber test: set the temperature and measure the actual value.
LCMS PQ performance verification service	Mass spectrum calibration verification: use standard sample to calibrate mass spectrum. Mass spectrum performance test: use standard sample to test mass spectrum performance. Injection repeatability test: use standard sample to test injection repeatability.
