Roche LightCycler 480 II Real-Time PCR

Roche LightCycler480 II real-time PCR allows you to achieve real-time online high-throughput rapid fluorescence quantitative PCR cycles, which can simultaneously detect 96 or 384-well plate samples. Results can be quantitatively and genotyped by real-time fluorescence collection and software analysis during the PCR cycle. The complex optical detection system can perform multiple PCR detection and is suitable for multiple detection modes, including: • Sequence-independent probe mode (SYBR Green I or other saturated fluorescent dyes) • Sequence-specific probe modes (Taqman hydrolysis probe mode, hybridization probe mode, simple probe mode, molecular beacon, Scorpions, etc.) • High-resolution melting curve analysis (HRM) for gene scanning mutation detection, product typing and SNP studies
