BECKMAN PA800 is a separation mechanism based on various electrophoresis, an apparatus for separating seventeen compounds in a fused silica glass capillary. In BECKMAN PA800, under the action of pressure, vacuum or voltage, the sample enters the capillary , the various compounds in the sample pass through the capillary with different twists under the high voltage.
